Pre-Delivery & Delivery Process

Supply Only Doors can sometimes, rarely, have delivery issues so the below information should be useful to you when any delivery issues occur. You should receive your order and check the product(s) for any damage or missing parts before booking a door installation. Make sure to have this discussion with any relevant people about your installation.

Supply Only Doors are not liable for any costs associated with door installation delays.

You should ensure that someone is able to receive and sign for your order on the chosen delivery date before your delivery arrives. We recommend that this person be the original purchaser, but if another person is given this responsibility, they should be given all the necessary information by the original purchaser regarding your order and procedures before signing for the product(s).

You will be contacted prior to delivery regarding the weight and height of your product(s), ensuring that you have a sufficient amount of people needed for a safe drop-off for kerbside deliveries. The driver will identify a suitable drop-off point as close to your property as possible, where you must collect the goods.

Drivers cannot assist you with offloading or getting products into your home.

Upon delivery of your product(s), you must check the paperwork to ensure the delivery details, order and delivery address are all correct. Then you should inspect all of your goods for any damage or missing parts before you sign off on any paperwork.

If you find that there are damaged or missing goods, or that the labelling on your order is wrong, you should contact our customer service team immediately, so that they can suggest the best actions to take and try to rectify any mistakes made.

In the event that you cannot contact our customer service department or attempt to contact us outside of normal working hours, make sure to clearly note down what is damaged or missing and sign off on the order, making sure to contact us within the next 48 hours.

Make sure that you do not sign the paperwork without checking and noting down any missing/damaged items.

Supply Only Doors is not liable for any claims for missing or damaged goods that have not been clearly noted down and recorded on the paperwork provided by the driver.

If you find everything acceptable regarding your order, you can sign the paperwork for the goods and they can be carried into a room of your choosing. You must then check your order for any scratches, damage or missing parts, and contact our customer service team within 48 hours if there are.

We cannot accept any claims for missing parts or damage to your order once door installation has begun or beyond the stated 48 hours after your receipt of the goods.

Storage & Handling

Many of our products are heavy, weighing in excess of 30-35g, meaning 2 people are required to carry them for safe offloading.

All goods should be repackaged after checking them until your installation, as this is the safest way to store them and the best way to avoid damaging them. Doors should be laid flat on level surfaces in a safe and dry area.

However, loose glass panels should NOT be placed flat and instead, should be placed on their edge on cardboard, wooden battens or sheeting. Glass units should also not be placed or stacked on top of each.

Ensure that you inspect any and all goods for damage or missing parts before you transport the product(s) to another address.

Supply Only Doors will not accept any claims for damage or missing parts for orders that have been transported to another location that is not the original address.

Supply Only Doors Manufacture & Deliver Doors Within 3-4 Weeks

You can design and order your supply-only doors and get them custom-made and shipped to you in 3-4 weeks.

Changing Address

When the order has been accepted, you may change the delivery address, but this can sometimes incur extra costs depending on what stage of manufacturing the product(s) is at. Be wary when you make your order that the goods are delivered to the address you want them at to avoid any extra charges.

Delay in Despatch

As soon as the goods have left the warehouse and are with our driver, the delivery date cannot be delayed and any delays may incur extra costs.

Christmas & Bank Holidays

On bank holidays and Christmas, Supply Only Doors does not work normal working hours and goods cannot be delivered on these days.
